Our membership program is designed to give you flexible access to care, exclusive pricing, and ongoing support—without insurance headaches.

What All Members Receive

  • Up to 2 prescription refills (not new prescriptions) sent to the pharmacy per month
     
  • 20% off many supplements

  • Transferable among family members living in the same household
     
  • Private email access to a provider (checked daily, non-urgent only)
     

Prescription refills and services are subject to medical appropriateness.
Email access is not monitored nights, weekends, or holidays.
 

How the Point System Works

Each membership includes a set number of monthly points.
You may use points toward any available service based on point value.

What does my membership include?

All memberships include:

What are prescription refills?

Prescription refills apply only to existing prescriptions and do not include new medications. All refills are subject to medical appropriateness and provider discretion.

What if I am an existing member?

Existing members may remain on their current membership plan.
Current plans will continue unchanged unless you choose to transition to the new program.

Are labs, medications, or supplements included?

Some services include labs or medications; others may incur additional costs. Supplements, labs, and medications not listed are billed separately at member-discounted rates.
