Choose any 1 of the following each month:

1) Telehealth – including referrals (using your insurance if you have it) for labs or medications.

2) Scenar – 1 or 2 areas/session

3) Red light therapy – 1 session/month

4) Basic lab work (CBC, CMP, Lipids)* (additional labs offered at a discount)

5) 30 minutes dietary consultation

6) 1 supplemental shot/month (including NAD)

Level 2 (GemStones) $99/month

Choose any 1 of the following each month:

1) 2 Telehealth appointments/month

2) Scenar – 3 or more areas/session

3) Red light therapy – 2 sessions

4) Expanded lab work – includes basic plus hormones* (additional labs offered at a discount)

5) 1- hour dietary consultation

6) 3 supplemental shots/month

7) 1 Biofeedback session/month

Level 3 (CornerStones) $185/month

Choose any 1 of the following each month:

1) 2 sessions per month of level 1 or 2 (or combination)

2) 2 biofeedback sessions/month

3) Oral semaglutides for one month and one NAD injection/ month

Level 4 (RollingStones) $375/month

 Choose any 1 of the following each month:

1) Semaglutides with NAD x 1 month (includes NP consultation and weekly visits, dietary consultation, , follow-ups)

2) 4 biofeedback sessions/month 

3) 4 Scenar + 4 NAD/month

Level 5 LivingStones $580/month

Choose any 1 of the following each month:

1) Tirzepatides with carnitine x 1 month (includes NP consultation and weekly visits, dietary consultation, , follow-ups)

2) 6 biofeedback sessions/month

3) 6 Scenar + 6 NAD/month

· These prices are only available with a 2-month commitment to membership. You can cancel at any time after a 2-month commitment.* 

· Packages can mix and match within the package (for example with PaveStones membership, one month you can use telehealth benefits, the next month you can use Scenar. 

· Packages are transferable (for example with Rolling Stones membership, you can use 1 biofeedback and share 3 with friends or family members).

*Cancelled memberships can be restarted within calendar year for an additional $25 registration fee.
